I tried the meatloaf pie today and it was 10 out of10! The meat was seasoned and well flavored. The potato on top sealed the deal. The gravy was perfect!

Slowly driving by heading home during rush hour, I noticed lots of carry out. Came in to have lunch and the atmosphere and food were great! Fried chicken, baked chicken, and ribs was what we enjoyed. Sides were collard greens, okra, green beans, corn, rice and corn bread. Look forward to coming back!

To start off, the service was great, the staff was friendly, professional and pleasant. The Manager was amazing, her spirit burst with loving fellowship to her customers. The food was awesome, it makes you want to keep going back for more and get mad at yourself because you didn’t take a second portion with you for later. I had the collards fabulous, the yams were great, seasoned just right, sometimes I have had yams and they were too sweet. The barbecue chicken delicious and the cornbread is off the chain, kinda of sweet, very moist, it’s the best I have had in my years. But the red velvet cake is the bomb! Don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself.

I’ve been here once but eaten from here about 3 times and let me tell you there’s nothing like food made from the soul that leaves you shaking your head in disbelief. The environment is always clean and friendly. Even when one of my orders was through doordash and was late, the food was STILL delicious. (Not the restaurants fault btw) the chocolate cake is yummy. The food was awesome and fulfilling. Anyway I give this place a 9/10 im not just overhyping this. As a foodie this leaves my soul feeling satisfied. Don’t expect 5 star quality, expect food made with love

What can I say, food was outstanding, prices were fair, portions were beyond amazing, plate was nice and heavy. Building was nice, clean and cool. Thank you Mr. Anthony and staff you all just gained a lifetime customer.

Where do I start . Walking in to the restaurant I was very well received and the own and his son couldn't have been any nicer... service was great...but I can for the food and I was HUNGRY. They had a good amount of options and luckily for me the had all my favorites. I had the baked chicken, Mac n cheese and canned yams with the cornbread...OMG the cornbread was sweet, soft and oh so moist...the Mac and Cheese is probably the best Mac I've bought over the counter hands down. The chicken and yams where EPIC. The rice was alright.. probably the ONLY basic thing I ate. I was down there for the holidays but I definitely plan on returning before I leave. Overall experience and food was AMAZING

I really enjoyed my visits to antie ruths I have been there for seafood Saturday and the sweet and spicy shrimp is great! The customer service is terrific! Today i had the meatloaf pie with mashed potato and gravy it was very very tasty and good. The lime beans were great and the green beans were delicious the ribs very tender and great the cornbread was perfect
